Our HYROX Class is designed to build strength, endurance, and grit by combining functional fitness with race-style conditioning. OPEN GYM

Take control of your training with Open Gym at CrossFit West Seattle! This unstructured gym time allows you to work on skills and strength, make up a workout, and train at your own pace. Open Gym is ideal for those looking to supplement their training, focus on weaknesses, or follow individualized programming while still being part of our community-driven atmosphere. FOUNDATIONS/ON RAMP

New to CrossFit? Our Foundations – On-Ramp Class is the perfect starting point for beginners looking to build confidence, learn proper technique, and ease into CrossFit training. This program is required for all new members without prior CrossFit experience and is designed to set you up for long-term success in our classes. OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

The Olympic Weightlifting class focuses on teaching and refining the two main lifts in Olympic weightlifting: the snatch and the clean and jerk. Our 90-minute Olympic Weightlifting class provides dedicated time to focus on these highly technical movements, building strength, speed, flexibility, and coordination. The class begins with a group warm-up to prepare the body, followed by instruction on proper form and technique for the Olympic lift of the day. The latter half of the class focuses on strength-building exercises to complement the lift of the day. In the final 10 to 15 minutes, members complete accessory exercises to round out their Olympic work. Classes are typically suitable for members with some prior lifting and/or CrossFit experience, ranging from beginners to advanced lifters. Members can expect focused coaching that helps everyone improve their technique and achieve personal goals.

CFWS Academy

Join us every 2nd and 4th Saturday for a 90-minute deep dive into a specific skill or movement! This extended class format gives you more time to refine technique, build strength, and gain confidence—whether it’s gymnastics, weightlifting, or another foundational movement. Open to all skill levels, each session focuses on a different skill, ensuring variety and continuous growth. Come ready to learn, move, and improve!
