Our Rx+ programming (competitive programming) is designed for experienced CrossFit athletes looking to improve their endurance, strength, gymnastics skill, and prepare for competitions. We offer Rx+ programming in our daily workouts that will challenge you and test your fitness levels daily.
We offer 24/7 access to our gym (outside of regular class times) to all of our members so you can pursue your goals regardless of how busy your schedule is.
Are you looking to develop more explosive power, strength, speed and athleticism? Our Olympic lifting program is built to do exactly that. Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or just starting out, our Olympic lifting program has everything you need to achieve your goals.
Our endurance program will increase your conditioning and act as a complement to your regular CrossFit training. This is a fun class to come get a sweat on and pursue your goals!

When you start at CrossFit West Seattle, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days. The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we recommend 3 classes per week as a start!
Yes! We provide guidance on eating right or sleeping well which can help maximize energy levels – getting YOU maximum results from your efforts.
Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new members fitness level. Then our workouts are “universally scaled”, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level. As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire.
